Had a leaking tire. Within an hour they had it fixed even though I’ve never bought a tire from there. But what impressed me was the amount of young talent they have there. Every single one of the people I interacted with was top notch. And mostly all young. If I didn’t have such a great experience, I would have recruited them all to come work for me! That’s how impressed I was. Well done.

TRENT THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! As a loyal customer, I came to this shop frantically after damaging one of my tires so badly it was unsafe to drive any further. Trent went above and beyond to make sure my family had a safe set of tires to commute home with. He made the process seamless and memorable. Discount Tire will always have my business. Trent deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service and dedication to their founder’s 5 life lessons hanging on the wall. Thank you Trent!

The gentleman on Elmore, Trent and Anteny both did an excellent job with their customer service. I had a large piece of plexiglass in my tire and within a hour they got me back on the road. Relatively quick for a very busy day and packed parking lot. Hard work and great customer service goes a long way, thanks discount tire! Be sure you have a warranty to protect yourself too.

I've been happy with every experience I've had at the store. One time the techs were dancing a bit to music in the bays. If people are happy and they get along, they will do a better job. The people that help out at the desk are also great. Friendly and professional. They give me the information that I need. I do wish this store in Davenport offered nitrogen for the tires and an alignment machine. Otherwise, I'm thrilled with coming here!

I cannot thank the young men at discount tire enough! I ran into a bit of a situation with a flat tire on my way home! We got there at 5:30pm and ended up deciding to do all new tires because they needed to be replaced anyways! They stayed an hour past close and I was able to take my car home same day! Thank you again everyone!
